Requirements
- Sales or insurance background preferred.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Strong dedication to customer service.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Spanish Bilingual is a plus !
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based review process.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, addressing their needs promptly.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate integrity and commitment to success daily.
- Actively engage in continuous learning and coaching to become an industry expert.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation $40,000-$55,000 per year (salary + commission/bonus).
