Aspen Schara Kralich

Janet is the executive assistant to the office but is also a licensed insurance representative with over 12 years of State Farm Insurance experience. At home she has a 4-year-old Aussie Doodle named Leo who loves socks! When she’s not busy chasing him down, she enjoys hiking local trails with her husband and 3-year-old son. Her favorite trail being McKinney Falls. She is a Texas State alumnus- Go Bobcats. Her hobbies include reading and modern calligraphy.

Matthew is an Account Manager with over 6 years of experience helping customers with Auto, Home & Renters, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Pet Insurance. He moved to Austin from Hot Springs, Arkansas with his dog Cricket and is a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University. His hobbies are yoga, traveling and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants.

Fran has been a licensed State Farm team member for 18 years, and a loyal State Farm customer for more than 32 years.  She joined Aspen's team in May 2019 as a Customer Service Representative, and enjoys providing a remarkable experience to our valued customers.  In her spare time, Fran is very active in her church, is dedicated to serving her community, volunteers at the local food care center and delivers meals to the needy.  She loves to have fun and enjoy life, especially with her family.  Her motto is "Do all you can...for everyone you can." 

Camille works remotely as an Account Manager for Aspen Kralich State Farm. She grew up bouncing back and forth between Bivins, Texas, and Shreveport, La. On the weekends you can find her and her family in Blanchard, LA or Elm Grove running the land with her two boys. She has worked in insurance since 2013 and decided to step out of the Medical Insurance side of things to work for State Farm in 2018 after the sudden loss of her brother. Camille says, “I did not realize the necessity life insurance is with a passing of a loved one until I experienced it firsthand.” “Insurance can be hard to understand or as we say, “another language”, it is my job to break down the verbiage to not only help you get a better understanding of adequate coverage but your loved ones as well.” If you are in the Austin area or surrounding, please give Camille a call!

Markel is an Account Manager at Aspen Kralich State Farm and is licensed in Auto, Home, and Life Insurance. He was born and raised in Austin and knows all the go-to hidden gems that keeps Austin weird. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, anime, and spending time with his young son. Helping people brings him joy and his mission is to always provide excellent service.

Erik is an Account Manager at Aspen Kralich State Farm and is licensed in Auto, Homeowners, Health and Life Insurance. He grew up in Fort Worth TX and eventually made his way down to Austin where he has lived for six years now. He has been in the customer service industry for 8 years and when he is not busy taking care of his customers; he enjoys taking his dog Aiko on hikes, fishing/camping with friends, and playing video games.

Hannah is an Account Manager at Aspen Kralich State Farm and is licensed in Auto, Home, Health, and Life Insurance. She grew up in Belton, Texas only an hour away from the Austin area and graduated from Texas State University. She has a mini goldendoodle named Kash. Aside from assisting customers, she enjoys running, spending time at Zilker, taking Kash on walks, and trying new restaurants. She strives to make a difference in everyone’s life around her.

Isabel is a dedicated professional serving as an Account Manager at Aspen Kralich State Farm, where she excels in managing customer accounts with precision and care. Licensed in Home, Renters, Auto, Health, and Life insurance, Isabel ensures everyone's individual needs are met. Her bilingual proficiency enriches her ability to connect with a diverse customer base, providing stellar customer service that exceeds expectations.

Beyond her career, Isabel finds joy in spending time with her spouse, family and beloved dog. Known for her commitment to excellence, she approaches every aspect of her life with a passion for delivering exceptional results and fostering lasting relationships.

Judy has over 11 years of agency experience and as an Account Manager is passionate about showing customers the advantage of having their Auto, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance with State Farm. She enjoys bringing customers to a better place by educating them. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and seven grandchildren. Some of her favorite things to do are sewing, playing piano, going on long walks with her husband and supporting him in ministry.

Daryle is an Account Manager at Aspen Kralich State Farm, where he excels in managing customer accounts with empathy and care. He is licensed in Auto, Home, and Life Insurance. After growing up traveling the United States and attending college in Waco, Texas, he settled down in Georgetown with his fiancé. In his free time, he enjoys writing, cooking, and caring for the numerous animals they own. Driven by a passion for helping people, he takes pride in delivering outstanding service every time.

Lawson is a Auto/Home Account Representative with Aspen Kralich State Farm Agency. He is a born and raised Austinite and is currently attending The University of Texas, majoring in economics with a minor in business. When he’s not working hard, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and surfing.
